Log into your Closet Cloud account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Authorization.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn garments with their original tags attached back into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

Label and Ship

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
